WHY HIRE
AN ADVOCATE
-
About 70% of all initially filed claims are denied. The majority of initial claims are handled by VSOs.
-
According to the Board of Veterans’Appeals, unrepresented veterans are twice as likely to be denied than if they have an agent or attorney.
-
For VA purpose even if you are represented by a VSO you are treated as a pro se litigant under Comer v. Peake.
-
We know the law. The VA rules and Regulations are over 2000 pages long and case law driven.
-
We gather evidence, obtain witness reports and work with physicians to get records and affidavits.
-
We have a network of doctors for independent medical examinations and vocational reports available for your case if necessary.
-
Attorneys can charge 33.33%. We charge only 20% and only on the claims we appeal.
The minute you search out VA claim assistance you will notice a ton of organizations promising to get you a rating increase. Advising they have represented 42,000 veterans and can aid in getting the medical support to obtain a higher rating. Here's the thing more often than not these organizations cannot actually legally prepare, present and prosecute claims for VA benefits. They use terms like coaching or aiding to hide the fact they are not allowed to prosecute claims. Some states are even creating laws to protect veterans from such organizations by requiring disclosures. We encourage you to be very cautious as a good majority of veterans are unknowingly being assisted by organizations not legally permitted to navigate the VA claims process. Our advocates are accredited and can provide this information during your free consultation. Need to know if your representative is accredited, contact us and we'd be happy to advise.
OUR TEAM
Comprised of ex-employees from this country's most prominent VA Firms simply because we got sick and tired of seeing you being treated like a number and just another payday.

We also wanted to provide a one stop shop to all things veteran not just some place handing out retainers for IU claims. Whether it is service connected disability and social security benefits, or home loan application reviews and referrals for Veteran's Court we have many ways we can assist.

If we win your appeal we give a portion of our earned fees to a qualified Veteran Organization of your choosing.
